Use one of the forms on the right to get a library card or fill out the form below for digital access.
-
Library cards are available for anyone and must accompany a parents signature for children under the age of sixteen. The Center Point Public Library supports the American Library Association Library Bill of Rights which deals with intellectual freedom, as well as the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. The library also affirms that it is the right and responsibility of parents to monitor their minor children’s use of library materials, including Internet access.
-
See a staff member at the Circulation Desk and fill out an application or download one to fill out before you come in.
- You must have a Drivers license/ID with a current address or a piece of mail addressed to your current address.
- Children do not have to have their own card, but we encourage you to set up an account for each child in your household.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for items checked out by their minor children.
